- Include “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line
In-App Deletion
- Log into your Reach account
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Select the “Delete Account” option
When submitting a deletion request, please include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- Which platform connections you’ve established (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Whether you want complete account deletion or specific data removal
- Any additional information to help us identify your data

Request Verification (1-2 business days)

- Confirm the scope of deletion requested
Data Deletion (up to 30 days)
- Removal from active systems
- Confirmation of deletion progress
Backup System Cleanup (up to 90 days)
- Complete removal from backup systems
- Final confirmation sent
